I can truly say that we have had a very good experience with Lotus Pools. We have them come in service our pool and a weekly basis, and our very pleased with the services they provide. The service men are very polite, and very thorough. They open, and they close our pool. We have had them for quite a few years, and will continue to use them.
Lotus Pools went above and beyond to repair our pool stairs and missing concrete around our pool. Of years of use, the concrete stairs started to break apart. We called Lotus Pools and they gave us a fair quote. Once the job started, we ran into more and more problems with the concrete breaking apart. Skip and his team came out multiple times to repair everything. In just a few days, the stairs looked brand new once they power washed and painted the entire pool. Every morning I would get advanced noticed through email, letting me know who the technician would be and what they were going to be working on that day. Even though the job took a lot longer than anticipated due to how big the job ended up being, Skip worked with me on the price and didn’t bill me until I was completely satisfied with his service. In the 25 years of owning our pool, it’s never looked so beautiful. Thank you Lotus Pools and I recommend this company to anyone looking to build, repair, and maintain their pool.

Lotus has been GREAT. They came on time, always friendly and very helpful. They took over the maintenance of our pool and there were a number of problems from the previous owners. They solved everything. Could not be happier. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOTUS.

Fantastic group of people. I had my pool done 6 years ago and it still looks like it was just finished recently. We have been with Lotus Pools for about five years now. We are extremely pleased with their service and pool knowledge regarding our in-ground pool. In particular, their opening and closing of our pool exceeded other services we have used in the past. Extra touches in clean-up surprised us and Lotus does a good job of sticking to their schedule. Best of all, Chris and Justin are accessible to discuss different problems I’ve encountered from time to time.

I have never left a Google review, but I felt compelled to leave one for the crew at Quantus. We are just over a year into our experience with Quantus and we can’t say enough about about the quality of service they provide. In particular I would recommend Quantus to families that simply want to have a pool, but don’t want to worry about any of the headaches and complexities that come along with having a giant hole in their backyard. Case in point: we had our first large pool party earlier this week, and the pool got extremely dirty. Unfortunately our regularly scheduled cleaning was the day *before* the party. We tried our best but could not get the water to clear up. So we texted Skip to see if we could get an unscheduled cleaning ahead of the weekend. And not only did he come by himself to check on the situation, but he had a crew here at 6PM on a Friday to help us out.
Lotus Pools has been very helpful in dealing with our pool which was built in the 80’s. They are here when we need them whenever a problem arises. I would highly recommend their service… they do not disappoint!

Opening and closing always done in a professional manner, rain or shine. “Problem” calls outside of normal service days were always completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.
Lotus Pools replastered our pool last week. They did an excellent job. The work crews showed up on time, worked long hours, and cleaned up the worksite when they finished each day. The pool looks as beautiful as it did when it was put in 24 years ago!!
Lotus Pool has been taking care of our pool since they opened for business.They keep our pool in great condition all summer. If there is a problem they take care of it immediately. The employees are always very responsible and polite. I have already recommended several pool owners to Lotus.
